It’s been two years since I was last at Tooting Bec Lido for the the South London Swimming Club’s – Cold Water Swimming Championships.
My first visit to this event was also the first event dryrobe had ever been seen at so It’s always going to be a bit special for us.
This time around it was like visiting old friends & I was, honestly, amazed at how many of the swimmers had dryrobes. I lost my voice chatting to everyone, hearing the response & feedback alone was well worth the trip.
A crazy busy day & what a great bunch of people. Super fun, slightly mad but full of life & laughter. We will be back in 2017.
