Dryrobe® Partners with O₂ SURFTOWN MUC

We’re stoked to announce that we’ve partnered with O₂ SURFTOWN MUC, Germany’s first-ever wave pool and one of the world’s largest surf parks.

We’ve united with O₂ SURFTOWN MUC over our shared passion for surfing and dedication to advancing the sport in Germany. Our two-year partnership builds on the strong relationships we’ve established with the German Surfing Association (DWV) and our ambassador, German Olympic surfer Camilla Kemp.

As part of the partnership, we’ll be the official changing robe partner, providing outdoor warmth to all O2 SURFTOWN MUC surf coaches and lifeguards all year round. Surf park visitors can also purchase the Dryrobe® Advance on-site, which will be available to buy in the surf store.

Launched in August 2024, the surf park is already making waves and history, having hosted the German Surf Championships on home soil for the first time ever.

Located just 25 minutes from the centre of Munich, the venue hosted more than 10,000 visitors who supported 123 competitors in 13 different classes, who put the country’s best SUP, longboard, shortboard, and adaptive surfers to the test for champion titles. Athletes included German Olympians Camilla Kemp, Leon Glatzer, and Tim Elter.

We watched the action firsthand and witnessed our ambassador Camilla Kemp earn the crown as the Open Women’s Champion. Check out the event highlights in our recap.

The wave pool’s unique Endless Surf wave technology currently boasts seven surf levels from Kids to Pro, with an additional eighth Expert level in the pipeline.

It can also generate two wave modes, A-Frame and Pointbreak, enhancing the diversity of experiences available in one blue space.
