With both long sleeve and short sleeve options available, as well as some pretty unique sizing options, it's really worth taking the time to make sure you get the right dryrobe to suit your needs.
One thing you can be sure of is that you’ll use your dryrobe a lot more than you think you will. It will live in your car or van and be a lifesaver on many a cold morning or chilly evening. Whatever you are doing, from camping trips to elite level sporting activity, it's all #dryrobeterritory.
What will be the main use for your dryrobe?
One thing we hear again and again from our customers is that they can’t believe how much they use their dryrobe! So it’s a good idea to think about all the activities that you might end up using your dryrobe for - from camping trips, walking the dog, watching outdoor events, festivals and spectating, through to participating in cold, outdoor activities.
Do you spend a lot of time hanging around, spectating or waiting to participate?
If you find yourself hanging around, waiting to participate or watching your kids, walking the dogs etc. the extra warmth and protection that the long sleeve design offers may be what you need. The short sleeve design can be great for this too of course. However, if you mainly change for your sport as quickly as possible in a field or car park, or simply want to jump in the car and get home without changing, then the short sleeve design will offer warm, fast changing in any climate, and the long sleeve element might not be necessary for you.
Are you still growing?
The short sleeve design is great for growing kids. The flexibility the short sleeve dryrobe offers means that it can also be used by multiple siblings, parents or even the whole family. Just make sure you avoid any fights over who gets warm first!
How will the short sleeve design dryrobe fit?
The short sleeve design is more of a 3/4 length - mid length depending on your height.
This is our original dryrobe style and is probably the one you see wrapped around most athletes & outdoor enthusiasts.
The sleeve design means that the shorter you are the longer the sleeve length. At a height of 5'1” (1.55m), the sleeve will end close to the wrist. At a height of 6’3" (1.9m), the sleeve ends just over the elbow. Sleeves can easily be rolled up or down to suit your desired fit.
